Guard tower - "thanksgiving Lookout" 1916
YEAR 1916 -The history of Zámeček dates back to the time before the 1st World War, when the restaurant with an observation tower was built and then it was opened on 16th April, 1916. Through its implementation the local people commemorated a personality of Gustav Wiedermann, the mayor of the town and a longtime chairman of the local Beautification society. The site was often visited, mainly because of the restaurant. The observation tower, which was overgrown by the trees, was gradually forgotten. Later it was completely closed. In the 90s of the 20th century the whole object was found in poor condition.
YEAR 2012 - THE RESIDENCE ZÁMEČEK is the result of the two year thorough work or the whole range of highly skilled craftsmen and artists, who made an enormous effort to turn old, historic building of the original mansion into a luxurious Residence, which combines superior comfort and historic charm. Furthermore the ALCHEMIST CLUB RESTAURANT on the second floor and CAFÉ NOSTALGIA on the first floor are available for guests.
If you appreciate historical charm, elegant comfort and romance, this Residence is the place for you.
