After careful reconstruction we have reopened the traditional wine bar here on the ground floor of Zámeček and added an offer of an Alchemistic menu.

Everyone who enters the Chateau does not become a customer, but a continuer of the story. A story of architecture, landscape, ideas, and human encounters that took place here long before us. We perceive the castle as a living heritage—not a museum, but a space that retains its authenticity precisely because it remains inhabited, visited, and respected.

The "Dinner in Memory" project was born out of the conviction that cultural memory only makes sense if it is experienced.
The food is prepared in the intimate space of our alchemist's workshop – the kitchen, where nothing is superfluous and nothing is left over, where every step has its time and purpose, and there is no waste. Our master chefs honor the principles of refining ingredients and culinary traditions. The set menu is created in dialogue with the gourmet master of the house and is composed of tried and tested dishes that reflect the character of the place and the peaceful rhythm of the evening. Individual evenings are not part of normal restaurant operations and are intended only for a select group of guests.
Admission is possible only with a valid reservation or by invitation. We ask guests to consider whether the set menu and club-like nature of the evening suit them before making a reservation. If you are looking for a restaurant with a free choice of dishes and regular opening hours, we recommend choosing another establishment. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our concept.
