ABOUT THE TOUR

The heritage trail is an intimate guided tour that allows visitors to enter areas of the castle that have previously been closed to the public.

The tour includes

• A ticket for a specific date in the afternoon
• Heritage trail – several stops inside the castle, with the last stop being in the tower
• Guide commentary via text information
• Digital projection of historical photographs right at your table
• Gift set

Refreshments

• A glass of sparkling wine or non-alcoholic wine
• Filtered coffee or tea (served in a pot)
• Traditional Czech mini desserts
• A carafe of water

(The composition of refreshments is fixed and cannot be modified for operational reasons. The offer is the same for all participants and cannot be expanded or changed – simply because we do not have any other assortment available. Please note that refreshments are a supplementary part of the route, not a café service or an operation with individual orders. Unused items are not subject to compensation or refunds.)

This format was created with respect for the monument and with the aim of opening the chateau in a way that honors its value. This is the only regular option for entering the building.

The capacity of each tour is limited. Reservations can only be made online or through partner locations (TIC, selected hotels and spas).

The date is only binding after payment has been made.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Reservations are valid only after payment has been received.
• Cancellation up to 7 days before the date – full refund.
• 6–0 days before the date – no refund, but the reservation can be transferred to another person.
• In case of force majeure (weather, technical limitations, building security), the organizer is entitled to reschedule the date without compensation. Guests will be given an alternative date.
